1. Who we are

This website is operated by Mitora (“we”, “us”, “our”).

These terms apply to every order you place on this website. Please read them before you order.

2. Our products

Mitora Joint Recharge is a food supplement. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Speak to your GP or pharmacist before use if you take medication (especially blood thinners or diabetes medication), are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a medical condition.

Product images are for illustration. Always read the label before use.

3. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received it. This is not yet an acceptance of your order. A contract between you and us is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may refuse an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly. If so, we’ll tell you and refund any payment in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Payment is taken when you place your order, through the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

We deliver to Great Britain only. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. The products are your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Cancellations, returns and our guarantee

You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and our 90-day money-back guarantee applies on top of that. Both are explained in our Refund Policy.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Using our website

The content on this website, including text, images and our brand, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our permission. Information on this website is for general information only and is not medical advice.

9. Your personal data

We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please email us with your order number.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

12. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland, in the Scottish courts. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the part of the UK where you live.
