Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK.
Your order is sent from our fulfilment partner in the UK, so there are no customs charges or import fees.
Delivery costs
- Orders under £60: £5.95
- Orders of £60 or more: free UK delivery. This includes our 3-pouch and 5-pouch packs.
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT.
Delivery times
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery usually takes 8–12 working days after dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
We aim to deliver every order within 30 days at the latest. If we can’t, we’ll contact you and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Something wrong with your delivery?
- Not arrived: if your order hasn’t arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, email us and we’ll look into it.
- Damaged or wrong item: email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.
- Wrong address: please check your address before you order. Email us as soon as possible if you spot a mistake; once an order has been dispatched we can’t change the address.
