Our 90-day money-back guarantee
Try Mitora Joint Recharge for up to 90 days. If you’re not happy with it, you can get your money back, even if the pouch has been opened.
How it works
- Email us within 90 days of receiving your order. Include your order number.
- We’ll confirm your request and send you the return address.
- Send all pouches from that order back to us within 14 days of our confirmation, opened or unopened. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
- We refund you within 5 working days of receiving your return, to your original payment method.
Good to know
- The guarantee covers your whole order, including any unopened pouches from a multi-pouch pack.
- Return postage is paid by you.
Your statutory right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days to send the goods back. We’ll refund the price you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof that you sent them). You pay the cost of returning the goods.
By law, the right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed. Our 90-day guarantee above does cover opened pouches, so you are always covered for at least 90 days.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or refund you in full, including delivery, at no cost to you.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect them.
